About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Nagel-Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics and supply chain sector
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation management, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
