Your Challenges

We are seeking a dedicated Process Manager to play a central role in our company. As a specialist for our back office, you will be responsible for creating reports, optimizing processes, managing internal projects, and working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Back Office Communication Interface: Create reports, PowerPoint presentations, and optimize processes to support management.
  • Digitalization & Innovation: Operate and further develop our SharePoint Online platform, create and optimize dashboards, and support the implementation of digital solutions.
  • Internal Recruiting: Oversee recruiting channels, support candidate selection, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate applicant management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure the flow of information within the group, prepare information as needed, and drive processes and issues internally.
  • Contract Management: Provide support in tender management, prepare offers, and ensure contract documents are available on time.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create accurate and meaningful reports and evaluations to support management decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a commercial training or degree in business administration and practical experience in a similar role. You should have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and sound knowledge of SharePoint Online.
