Business Analyst Flight Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team in Bremen, Germany, with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to deployment, operating across multiple markets in a global structure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining, documenting, and communicating business-, user-, and system-requirements to enable implementation of new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms.
- Evaluating solution options, taking into account business needs as well as development perspective and possibilities for technical realization.
- Contributing to the ongoing delivery of growth and digital transformation across our key markets.
- Managing the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
- Collaborating with the Business Product Owner and Technology Lead to prioritize and manage complex work tasks.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a degree in (business) informatics and/or relevant professional experience in a technical environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills to quickly understand complex problems and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with methods of requirements elicitation, commercial and technical process modelling, and test/use case writing.
- Highly skilled in communication techniques, including experience or openness to workshop facilitation.
- Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and elements of system design.
- Familiarity with common project management tools, agile delivery methods, and agile practices.
- Experience related to post-booking processes in air travel industry and familiarity with systems like New Skies, Amadeus, and Farelogix.
- Good understanding of known data exchange formats and API technologies.
- Familiarity with database queries, microservice architecture, and AWS services.
