About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Olympus. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the product management team with the preparation of marketing materials for new and existing ENT products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of valid value propositions and counterarguments to competitor claims in a structured way
  • Develop marketing intelligence into new and existing product/solution performance for both company and competitor products/solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product information, and product documentation
  • Ensure alignment with the surgical portfolio through collaboration with other product managers and working students
  • Contribute to the groundwork for digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's student (m/f/d) enrolled in Business Management, Business Administration, Informatics, or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing practices and demonstrated knowledge of marketing
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high performance will
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
