Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect

Position Overview:

The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical landscape of our organization. This position requires a visionary who can conceptualize and craft robust architectural frameworks that align with our long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive technical architectures and solution frameworks that support the strategic direction of the business.
  • Establish IT architecture principles, guidelines, and standards that govern application development, technology selection, and system interfaces, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to inform the overall architecture, translating them into functional and interface specifications for IT initiatives.
  • Engage with product teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of software architecture, technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Capability Maps to ensure the architecture evolves in response to changing business strategies.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements to identify potential innovations that can enhance our operations.
  • Evaluate existing systems, processes, and infrastructures to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on architecture, design patterns, and software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, principles, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading architectural projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with current technology trends and their application in a business context.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
