Hauptraumfelder
  • Sammlung, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen für das DAM
  • Steuerung der Implementierungspartner für die Weiterentwicklung des DAM
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven und konsistenten Katalogisierung, Organisation, Kennzeichnung und Pflege unserer digitalen Assets
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung unserer globalen DAM-Schlagwortstruktur und Metadaten-Schemata, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Assets effizient und intuitiv organisiert werden können
  • Eigenständige Gestaltung und Implementierung von DAM-bezogenen Prozessen und Workflows
  • Proaktive Beratung & Unterstützung der Geschäfts- und Fachbereiche sowie Ländergesellschaften bei der Einführung und dem Roll-Out von digitalen Lösungen, die auf das DAM zurückgreifen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Definition von Schnittstellen zwischen dem DAM und weiteren Plattformen wie CMS, PIM oder Drittsystemen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Anwenderschulungen für das DAM
  • Schnittstelle zu international agierenden internen sowie externen Stakeholdern, z.B. Marketing, Produktmanagement, IT, Sales, Engineering, IT-Dienstleister, Agenturen, und mehr
Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Datenmanagement, Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, vorzugsweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem global agierenden Unternehmen
  • Fachkompetenz:
    • Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem DAM-System (idealerweise Adobe DAM)
    • Idealerweise umfassendes Verständnis eines Marketing-Technologie-Ökosystems, einschließlich Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management System (CMS) und E-Shop-Plattformen sowie deren Abhängigkeiten
    • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Steuerung digitaler Projekte sowie Agenturkoordinierung
    • Erfahrung im Einsatz von Projekt- / Aufgabenmanagement-Tools wie JIRA & Confluence
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
