Your Opportunity - Contract Program Manager in Automotive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Management and execution of complex client programs and projects from request for quotation (RFQ) to start of production (SOP).
  • Establishment of project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) including timelines, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous monitoring of project budgets, schedules, and quality until completion.
  • Identification of risks and proactive initiation of countermeasures in collaboration with the team.
  • Organization of technical workshops and meetings with the core team and other project stakeholders.
  • Regular status reporting to management.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery performance and quality.
  • Coordination and participation in meetings and client visits.
Qualifications
  • Technical education with an engineering background; experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience in the automotive sector with direct client interaction.
  • Reliability, quick comprehension, and commercial awareness.
  • Analytical and service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI) are advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20% and maintain discretion in client interactions.
