We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Expert to join our team at Süwag. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain internal standards, guidelines, and regulations for IT/OT security, ISMS, BCMS, and building protection.
- Develop and implement segregation of duties (critical authorization combinations) requirements.
- Develop concepts, proposals, and measures for IT/OT security, ISMS, BCMS, and building protection, taking into account relevant legal and regulatory requirements and the specific characteristics of our business areas.
- Oversee the cross-functional coordination and tracking of the implementation of the given standards, guidelines, regulations, and measures by the departments.
- Collaborate with departments in the implementation of measures.
- Monitor security incidents and support incident response and reaction.
- Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability analyses.
- Be responsible for the evaluation and management of risks and risk-reducing measures.
- Regularly produce security reports and work within the framework of technical risk management.
- Steer protection needs assessments, business impact analyses, and emergency plan development and implementation.
- Conduct internal training, sensitization, and communication measures.
- Collaborate with departments on security-related issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Dipl.-Informatiker, Dipl.-Wirtschaftsinformatiker, etc.) or a completed vocational training with additional qualifications.
- Several years of experience in the field of information security.
- Knowledge of IT-Grundschutz (BSI), IS27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, T.I.S.P.
- Knowledge of methods, procedures, and systems in the field of information and process data processing.
- Understanding and interest in the application of IT technologies in the security field.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with the legal and regulatory aspects of the energy industry.
- High-level analytical skills, conceptual abilities, and advisory competence.
- Good English skills in writing and speaking.
- Willingness to continuously develop yourself professionally.
- High value placed on interdisciplinarity and discretion.
- High social competence and team skills.
- Holder of a valid Class B driving license.
