About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team at The LEGO Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including LEGO sets, themes, and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
