Project Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage product development initiatives (mechanical and mechatronic) with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality assurance while fulfilling project specifications.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project teams in conjunction with departmental leaders.
  • Organize and lead project team meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and progress.
  • Develop decision-making frameworks (e.g., make or buy analyses).
  • Coordinate with national and international development collaborators.
  • Manage inter-location dependencies, timelines, and financial plans in partnership with product management and various departments.
  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities and risks associated with projects.
  • Execute selected optimization, organizational, and preliminary development initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and create decision-making materials for relevant stakeholders and executive management (steering committee, department heads, executive board), including presentations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Completed degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technical Computer Science, or alternatively, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or significant experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Proactive and communicative team player with extensive experience in project management within technical product development.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Design Thinking).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, creativity, initiative, structured and analytical thinking, along with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and confident communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities.
