As a member of the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) and Quality team, you will tackle intricate challenges and contribute to optimizing operations at delivery stations. Your primary objective will be to identify, design, and implement process enhancement solutions aimed at various customer experience initiatives, which are crucial for improving Amazon's direct delivery capabilities through a network of third-party vendors.

Team Insights
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, is responsible for 'last mile' delivery operations in collaboration with third-party distribution partners. We leverage innovative thinking and continuous improvement strategies to ensure millions of products reach our customers efficiently. Our mission is to streamline the delivery experience and develop global solutions for emerging concepts, such as Amazon Fresh and Prime Now.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks related to address data quality to enhance delivery performance.
  • Monitor and assess data to evaluate key quality indicators.
  • Conduct audits and thorough evaluations of field processes and protocols.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
  • Communicate quality issues or concerns affecting customer experience.
  • Verify access codes and delivery instructions for designated addresses, updating records as necessary.

A Day in the Life

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level CEFR).

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

Organizational Skills
