Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investment opportunities through research, analysis, and evaluation
  • Own due diligence tasks, including gathering and organizing information from various sources
  • Develop financial models, analyze financial statements, and predict future performance
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, prepare documents, and present to the investment committee
  • Participate in meetings with targets and report key outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition process
  • Provide general support to the Acquisition team as needed

Requirements:
  • Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related subject
  • Initial experiences through at least one prior internship or working student job in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in private equity, transaction advisory, due diligence support, or audit is a plus
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
  • Fluent in German (B2-C2) and English
