Digital Marketing Performance Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and execute search engine advertising accounts and display/text campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives and analyze performance metrics to enhance outcomes.
  • Plan and refine paid social and display campaigns while integrating supplementary marketing channels for superior overall performance.
  • Work in conjunction with content marketing and social media teams to coordinate content workflows and manage newsletter campaigns.
  • Generate detailed campaign analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, MS Dynamics, and/or Power BI.
  • Remain informed about company objectives, target demographics, competitors, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience with a robust grasp of digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and email automation tools, alongside content development for search engine advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
  • Capability to independently oversee and evaluate projects, with a creative and cooperative mindset.
  • Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level.
