About the Role:

Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V., Regionalverband Ostbayern is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Facility Manager (d/w/m) to join their team in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead Educational Initiatives**: Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • **Collaborate with Parents and the Public**: Foster strong relationships with parents, educators, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • **Team Management and Scheduling**: Effectively manage and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring seamless operation and efficient use of resources.
  • **Training and Development**: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, promoting professional growth and development.
  • **Event Planning and Hosting**: Organize and host events that promote engagement, collaboration, and community building among parents, children, and educators.
  • **Quality Assurance and Improvement**: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of the facility's operations.
Requirements:
  • **Education and Experience**: A degree in Education, Social Pedagogy, or a related field, with relevant experience in childcare and leadership roles.
  • **Leadership and Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • **Responsibility and Resilience**: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
  • **Communication and Teamwork Skills**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, educators, and the community.
