About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Manager to join our Information Security and Data Protection Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure awareness and alignment on security and data protection topics across the organization.
- Execute and improve security policies, controls, and processes to align IT and business processes with security goals.
- Support teams and projects, and propose practical and pragmatic solutions on information security and data protection strategy and goals.
- Prepare and support audits, penetration tests, red team exercises, or other security tests.
Requirements
- Possession of a passion for information security and/or data protection, including physical, human, and process aspects.
- Ability to understand and help align all stakeholders on a shared vision.
- Ability to understand, prepare, and explain security-related topics on the appropriate level, also to non-technical people.
- Ability to work independently and without much supervision.
- Highly motivated to learn about new topics, technologies, concepts, and business use cases.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English (CEF C2 or above, native English is a plus).
