Senior Payroll Coordinator

• Oversee timely payroll execution while complying with legal standards and organizational policies
• Support employees with time tracking, payroll inquiries, and taxation and social security concerns
• Engage independently with regulatory authorities, tax offices, health insurance providers, and social security organizations
• Accurately document and evaluate data
• Conduct monthly and annual reporting and reconciliations
• Prepare statistics and assessments

Your Qualifications

• Degree in business administration and additional certification as an HR specialist or equivalent
• Significant experience in payroll administration
• Comprehensive understanding of taxation, social security, and labor law
• Skilled in payroll and time management systems, as well as MS-Office applications, particularly Excel
• Fluent in both German and English
• Highly driven, service-oriented, and proactive
• Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
