We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Nuremberg-Kilianstraße as:

Deputy Store Manager (m/f/x)

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week).

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage actively in daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve collective success.
  • Assist in managing store operations, ensuring effective product presentation and inventory control.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering future talent.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards in all products and processes.
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in retail, ideally within the organic food sector.
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for organic products and a commitment to sustainable practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of teamwork.
