Your Role:
- Information Security Governance: You will enhance the governance framework for information security at Kärcher Group, ensuring alignment with industry-leading practices.
- Compliance and Standardization: You will oversee adherence to ISO 27001 standards across our global Information Security Management System.
- Security Training and Awareness: You will create engaging e-learning modules and conduct training sessions to elevate security awareness among employees at all organizational levels.
- Incident Management: You will establish protocols for responding to data breaches and cyber threats, detailing necessary actions and timelines.
- Risk Assessment: You will identify and evaluate potential information security risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and enhance overall security posture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in information security or cybersecurity within a global industrial setting or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or similar security frameworks.
- Deep understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
- Proficiency in Business English, with excellent communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as TISP, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous, with opportunities for acquisition through our organization.
- An analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit, thriving in interdisciplinary teams.
