Wir suchen einen Service Specialist für unsere Bürgschafts- und Garantieabteilung in Frankfurt. Als Teil unseres Teams Global Bonds and Guarantees bist du für die Koordination und administrative Umsetzung von (inter-)nationalen Geschäftsvorfällen für unsere Industrie- und Unternehmenskunden verantwortlich.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Neben der Erfassung von Neugeschäftsanträgen in den Bestandssystemen übernimmst du die Ausfertigung der Bürgschafts- und Garantiedokumente
  • Weiterhin führst du eigenständig die schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Aval-Gläubigern und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei allen Fragen zur Erstellung der Aval-Dokumente
  • Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Zurich-Einheiten und externen Fronting-Partnern gehört die Kommunikation auf Englisch im internationalen Aval-Geschäft zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
Voraussetzungen
  • Deine Vita umfasst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise bei einer Bank oder Versicherung, oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung in der administrativen und persönlichen Betreuung von komplexen Kunden gesammelt
  • Du besitzt bereits Kenntnisse im Aval-/ Bürgschaftsgeschäft oder hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse, dich in dieses Gebiet einzuarbeiten
  • Persönlich lernen wir dich als flexiblen, organisierten und zielstrebigen Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung kennen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft aus und bist versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie deine guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein interessantes Profil ab
