Job Overview

As a Financial Controller, you will take charge of the financial accounting for multiple Motel One properties both domestically and internationally. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and oversee the financial accounting processes for several Motel One hotels.
  • Facilitate the ongoing payment transactions and ensure timely processing.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of monthly financial results and perform on-site audits of hotel operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train hotel managers on compliance with financial accounting standards.
