About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant (m/w/d) to join our team at ARMON GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g. SAP, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
