Job Title: Team Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Controller to join our team at Tennis-Point Europe GmbH. As a key member of our financial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our European Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare monthly closing on group level, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to our European Business Units, providing financial guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in creating group-wide management reporting, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing business development analyses.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Participate in forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Internal Projects: Contribute to internal projects driving company strategy forward, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate in economics with focus on controlling/accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience in controlling and/or auditing, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications, with knowledge of SAP (FI/CO), BI technologies, and consolidation software.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Excellent team player with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
