Construction Mechanic in Steel Fabrication

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Mechanic specializing in steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling intricate welded structures based on technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble complex welded components in accordance with provided blueprints and parts lists.
  • Conduct tack welding and main welding operations.
  • Operate the sandblasting equipment efficiently.
  • Execute basic assembly tasks as required.
  • Exhibit flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities within the steel construction domain.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MAG welding techniques, with a valid welder's certification preferred.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to work in shifts.
