Process Consultant Role

Your Job Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Process & Implementation Consultings team, you will be responsible for analyzing and advising on process-related issues to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Tasks include capturing, analyzing, and documenting complex organizational processes and issues through in-depth interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • You will create comprehensive concepts for the further development and optimization of our agencies' workflows, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare strategic optimization proposals and decision templates for senior management, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Change management - support the introduction of new processes and tools, focusing on effective communication and training measures to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process and project management, in-house consulting, or management consulting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of structured and responsible work, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
