Fire Protection Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team at Bilfinger arnholdt GmbH. As a Fire Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our facilities and employees by implementing and maintaining effective fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems, including fire suppression systems, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire protection systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures to minimize the risk of fire
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide training and education to employees on fire safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Successful completion of training as a WKSB insulator, drywaller, bricklayer, plasterer, carpenter, or several years of experience in the field of fire protection
- Basic knowledge in preventive structural fire protection, fire protection technology assembly, maintenance, repair of doors, installation, and maintenance of structural fire protection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a structured and reliable work approach
- High level of reliability, commitment, and willingness to travel
- Class B driver's license
