Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Marke und übernimmst die Vorqualifizierung von eingehenden Leads.
  • Du initiierst aktiv die Leadgenerierung und verantwortest deine eigene Deal-Pipeline.
  • Du behältst deine Ziele im Blick und findest kreative Wege, um diese zu erreichen.
  • Im Erstgespräch mit potenziellen Kunden analysierst du deren Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen.
  • Du planst Produktdemonstrationen für deine Kolleg*innen im Innendienst und übergibst alle qualifizierten Leads.
  • Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Events zur aktiven Leadgewinnung.

  • Du bist kommunikativ und schätzt den Austausch mit anderen.
  • Du siehst dich als "Hunter" und dein Ehrgeiz motiviert dich.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit und übertriffst regelmäßig die Erwartungen.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder eine starke Motivation, dich in diesen Bereich einzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit motivierten Kolleg*innen.
  • Du eignest dir schnell neues Wissen an und bist bereit, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
