Key Responsibilities:- Prepare sauces following established recipes and production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Detect and address any inconsistencies or issues during the sauce preparation process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment relevant to the production area.
- Document production processes using SAP and internal documentation systems.
- Assemble and disassemble components, pipelines, and connections as required.
- Perform cleaning, interim cleaning, and manage sauce transition processes effectively.
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as a chef) or relevant experience in the food processing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work in a 4-shift system.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, with a strong focus on quality.
- Demonstrated motivation and dependability.
- Physical stamina to meet job demands.
- Strong technical and process-oriented understanding.
