Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sauces following established recipes and production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Detect and address any inconsistencies or issues during the sauce preparation process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment relevant to the production area.
  • Document production processes using SAP and internal documentation systems.
  • Assemble and disassemble components, pipelines, and connections as required.
  • Perform cleaning, interim cleaning, and manage sauce transition processes effectively.
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed vocational training (e.g., as a chef) or relevant experience in the food processing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work in a 4-shift system.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, with a strong focus on quality.
  • Demonstrated motivation and dependability.
  • Physical stamina to meet job demands.
  • Strong technical and process-oriented understanding.
