Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal follower base.
• Trend Research: Identify and analyze current trends and best practices in the cosmetics industry and social media.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and activations.
• Reporting: Create reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g. marketing, communications, media studies).
• Passion for social media and current trends.
• First-hand experience in social media management is a plus.
• Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Reliable and independent work ethic.
