Wir suchen einen motivierten Sales Performance Analyst, der das Finanzteam unseres Unternehmens unterstützt und zur effektiven Steuerung sowie Überwachung der Geschäftsprozesse beiträgt.

Ihre Aufgaben als Sales Performance Analyst
  • Durchführung von Analysen und Bewertungen der Verkaufsleistung sowie Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Erstellung von Verkaufs- und Umsatzprognosen sowie Überwachung der Zielerreichung
  • Entwicklung von Verkaufskennzahlen und -berichten für das Management
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Festlegung von Verkaufszielen und -strategien
Das wird Ihnen geboten als Sales Performance Analyst
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und -prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Controlling-Tools und -Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
