We are seeking a Financial Controller (m/w/d) to enhance our financial management team.

• Conducting thorough analysis and communication of cost center accounting and pricing strategies.
• Incorporating cost accounting and budget outcomes into financial assessments.
• Providing support to business units on financial matters and margin analysis.
• Creating innovative solutions to improve our reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
• Designing and generating comprehensive financial reports.
• Serving as a key contact and specialist for our financial software, assisting departments in its ongoing enhancement.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial control model to align with stakeholder expectations and business needs.

• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications with advanced training in financial management.
• Some experience in financial management or internal accounting, preferably within a medium-sized manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their processes.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and develop practical solutions.
• Adaptability and dedication to achieving our financial development objectives.
