Exciting Opportunity in Commercial Administration

  • Lead a team in the commercial administration area, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Support management in administrative and commercial matters, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Lead and participate in new projects, driving innovation and improvement in waste management processes.
  • Manage invoicing and accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee waste management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Provide data for centralized control, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Manage order processing, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide customer reception and telephone consultation services, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Verify invoices and manage accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Operate waste management properties, ensuring efficient and safe management.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company group, fostering collaboration and communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, with a strong foundation in business administration and management.
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and flexible, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Process-oriented thinking and structured, solution-oriented work, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enjoy customer contact, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • IT affinity and solid knowledge in standard office applications, with a strong ability to learn and adapt new technologies.
