Position Overview:
Flowserve is seeking a skilled Precision Assembler (M/F/T) for our operations. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing assembly tasks and fabricating devices and templates for part production. The position necessitates the assembly of multi-layered components based on technical drawings, which may include electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electronic elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibration and adjustment of positioners.
- Modification and reconstruction of PMV products.
- Executing piping installations according to functional plans (automation).
- Wiring of solenoid valves and limit switches.
- Preparing electrical components (e.g., limit switches) in accordance with specifications.
- Conducting intermediate inspections, including leak tests.
- Assembling individual devices based on sketches, drawings, or circuit diagrams.
- Installing various assemblies and products with complex assembly requirements (e.g., creation of specialized products and initial assembly).
- Troubleshooting specific malfunctions.
- Utilizing test instructions to verify functionality, quality standards, and completeness of assembly contents.
- Identifying and rectifying defects in assemblies, products, and units (e.g., tolerance deviations, outages, incorrect parts, condition, leakage).
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule or necessity.
Candidate Profile:
- Skilled tradesperson.

- Experience with electronic components is a plus.
- Proficient in German (both written and spoken).
