About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Assistant to join our team at SINUS Personal Management. As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies, adhering to strict sterility protocols.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative patient education, promoting informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completion of a 3-year training program in surgical assisting, with a valid certification or license.
• Proven experience in a surgical setting, with a strong understanding of sterile technique and operating room protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
