Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in addressing a wide range of cybersecurity support inquiries from various teams and individuals within the organization, facilitating the advancement of business operations. Your contributions will also include enhancing internal cybersecurity capabilities and fostering communities to proactively bolster the organization’s cybersecurity framework.
Your Impact
- Establish, nurture, and support diverse cybersecurity communities across Siemens Energy's various sectors, including Cyber Security Ambassadors and ACP communities.
- Provide guidance to non-senior management and cybersecurity groups on all facets of cybersecurity.
- Promote cybersecurity initiatives within local communities.
- Assess community demands for cybersecurity and ensure effective delivery.
- Engage in selected agile teams within CYS and other departments to enhance cybersecurity functions.
- Identify and safeguard critical assets while managing the cybersecurity risk management process, vulnerabilities, and incident response.
- Develop and implement training and awareness initiatives, along with risk treatment strategies.
- Monitor and report on stakeholders' adherence to cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience across various functions and sectors in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology, with a strong capacity to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional, multinational teams.
- Proficient in evaluating security threats and their potential impact on the organization.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various functions at different levels, adept at navigating a matrix organization.
- Skilled in leading initiatives across organizational boundaries.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within global networks to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions, complemented by analytical and strategic thinking skills to advance cybersecurity initiatives.
- Proficient in business-fluent English and German, along with local language skills, and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
