We are seeking a Sales Assistant to play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Selling and Advising Customers: Provide expert advice to customers on our products and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Preparing Snacks and Beverages: Prepare snacks, breakfast, and coffee specialties to meet the needs of our customers.
• Displaying Products: Display products attractively to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling Daily Deliveries and Inventory: Receive and store inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhering to Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supporting Local Marketing Initiatives: Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in Retail: Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong Communication and Sales Skills: Possess excellent communication and sales skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
