Key Responsibilities

• Digital transformation of urban planning proposals and formulation of regulatory plans, explanatory terrain profiles, structural designs, and analytical plans
• Creation of zoning plans adhering to XPlanung standards
• Assistance to landscape architecture, environmental protection, and biodiversity teams in data organization and area assessments

Qualifications

• Degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a related field
• Proficient in Nemetschek Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and GIS software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in German
