Caritas Director

• As a Caritas Director / CEO (m/f/d), you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the Caritasverband Trier e. V. association.
• You will lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing strategies to drive organizational development processes and improve the overall performance of the association.
• You will be responsible for ensuring efficient structures and processes within the association and participating in planning and implementing future changes to the organizational structure at all levels.
• You will also be responsible for representing and positioning the association within society, the church, and the political arena.

• You should have a strong academic background in Economics, Law, Social Sciences, Theology, or similar, and several years of leadership experience in a similar role in the social economy sector.
• You should have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the association as a social service provider.
• You should be familiar with the various challenges in the field of social services and be dedicated to developing and promoting future-oriented solutions.
• You should have experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive organizational development processes.
