About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Homologation Specialist to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing the process and tool architecture for homologation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing the process and tool architecture for homologation
  • Recording and detailing requirements on the basis of use cases and translating these into IT requirements and processes
  • Supporting IT implementation as product owner and managing external service providers
  • Coordinating the roll-out of processes and software solutions, including user training
  • Responsibility for system maintenance and expansion of relevant IT tools
  • Acting as contact person for operational homologation and supporting them in the use of IT tools
  • Creating cross-divisional and cross-brand synergies
  • Designing the interfaces to relevant systems

Requirements

  • Completed university degree
  • Several years of professional experience in software development in the field of requirements management and IT architecture, preferably in the automotive environment
  • Relevant experience in operational homologation desirable
  • Ideally software knowledge in the area of TypeMaster, OAS/Teamcenter or Windchill
  • Knowledge of agile project methodology
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Confident in dealing with decision-making bodies
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Analytical thinking as well as communication and teamwork skills
