Junior Financial AnalystAs a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting and analysis.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: You will be involved in recording provisions and reserves, contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with both HGB (German Commercial Code) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate actively in forecasting and budgeting processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Cash Management: Assist in cash and liquidity planning, ensuring the smooth flow of funds within the organization.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough target-actual comparisons, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive statistical evaluations and monthly reports, effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a related commercial field. Practical experience in areas such as Controlling, Management Reporting, Cash Management, Budgeting, and/or Cost and Cost Center Management is highly desirable.
- You possess a strong understanding of accounting systems, including MS Dynamics AX and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- You are a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Your analytical skills enable you to effectively interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for this role.
