Im Bereich des Digital Enabling Service unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei der nachhaltigen digitalen Transformation und beraten sie umfassend.

Aufgabenbereich:
  • Durchführung von Analysen, Beratungen und Konzeptentwicklungen für Trainingsmanagement in komplexen Ausbildungsprojekten.
  • Koordination und Abrechnung sämtlicher interner und externer Schulungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Trainingsmanagements.
  • Verwaltung von Lehrgängen im SAP-basierten Ausbildungsmanagementsystem der Bundeswehr, einschließlich der Erstellung von Trainings und Druck von Zeugnissen.
  • Administration von Lehrgangsunterlagen, Teilnahmekontrolle sowie Zertifikatserstellung auf einer technologiegestützten Ausbildungsplattform (Moodle-basiert).
  • Einrichtung von Schulungsumgebungen zur Durchführung von Ausbildungen sowie nachfolgende Schritte in einem Softwaretool der Bundeswehr.
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen für Schulungsleistungen durch die Erhebung und Auswertung von Teilnehmerfeedback.
  • Mitarbeit an weiteren Projekten und Sonderthemen innerhalb der Abteilung Service Management.
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachbereich mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Beratung und Konzeption von Trainingsmanagementleistungen in komplexen Ausbildungsprojekten.
  • Kenntnisse in Ausbildungsmanagementsystemen (SAP-basiert und Moodle-basiert oder vergleichbar) zur Lehrgangsverwaltung und Durchführung administrativer Tätigkeiten.
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit umfangreichen Datenmengen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Vertrautheit mit Cisco Jabber, WebEx und MS Office Tools.
  • Kenntnisse im Veränderungsmanagement und Training sowie Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement.
  • Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken über Aufgaben- und Teilprojektgebiete hinaus.
  • Erfahrungen mit der Bundeswehr und der BWI sind von Vorteil.
