Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Woolworth GmbH. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the store, managing staff, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure effective inventory management, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
