International Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our international Talent Acquisition team based in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our global Center of Competence in recruiting and candidate selection topics.
Key Responsibilities- Support project managers in daily tasks, including content creation and planning of meetings, workshops, and projects.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition processes by developing selection methods and concepts, collecting data to evaluate diagnostic tools, and identifying, analyzing, selecting, developing, and implementing various selection tools.
- Assist in preparing market research presentations and trend reports.
- HR/Psych/Business degree or equivalent field (master's degree student preferred).
- Perfect fluency in English, business level German an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest/experience in collaboration platforms and new technologies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
