Position: CRM Technical Specialist

Vision11 GmbH is seeking a dedicated CRM Technical Specialist to enhance our team. As a key member of our independent consulting firm, you will engage in delivering both process and technology guidance in the realm of CRM, with a focus on Salesforce Core Clouds. Your responsibilities will encompass project implementation, crafting solution strategies, integrating external systems, and spearheading technical initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on tailored processes and technologies in the CRM sector
  • Planning and executing implementation projects
  • Designing and integrating solution strategies within Salesforce Core Clouds
  • Connecting external systems with Salesforce
  • Leading technical initiatives in a team setting
  • Facilitating workshops for clients and potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms and Salesforce Core Clouds
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Apex, Java, or C#
  • Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Customer-focused approach and consulting expertise
