As an intern at the Voith Group, you will have the opportunity to support our international project and leadership teams in various projects related to transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.

Your Tasks

  • Support the design and implementation of change management measures.
  • Collaborate in the organization of workshops and training sessions.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups.
  • Conduct research work for concepts or new, innovative cultural transformation formats.
  • Direct support with design & rollout rounds off your topic area.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • Experience in using common MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Structured, independent way of working.
