Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, uphold, and align global procurement policies, frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Propel, facilitate, and oversee the global adoption of procurement best practices, including comprehensive training initiatives.
- Lead, orchestrate, and support significant procurement projects and initiatives.
- Cultivate a data-centric culture and guarantee the accessibility of current, integrated, and coherent procurement data.
- Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and protocols.
- Engage in national and international travel as required.
Qualifications:
- A procurement expert with over 5 years of experience in consulting or international matrix settings, demonstrating proficiency in designing and executing effective organizational structures, processes, and modern procurement tools on a global scale.
- Proven experience in managing processes related to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services.
- A service-oriented mindset capable of delivering a strategic vision alongside practical contributions to meet objectives.
- Proficient in English, with a preference for a second language such as German or French.
- Solid understanding of SAP-MM and MS Office.
