About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented researcher to join our team at the Chair of Strategy and Marketing at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. As a researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research in the areas of strategic marketing, price management, and omnichannel business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish a cumulative or monographic doctoral project in the areas of strategic marketing, price or brand management, or omnichannel business
- Collaborate with partners from the relevant field on scientific consulting and cooperation projects
- Provide lecture support and carry out administrative tasks for the Chair
- Participate in doctoral courses and adopt new professional and methodological skills
Requirements
- Excellent degree in economics, psychology, or a comparable course of study (diploma or master's degree) either successfully completed or about to be completed
- Ideal specialization in strategy and/or marketing and/or corresponding practical experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Chair's research focus
- Independent, proactive mindset and willingness to drive research projects forward with professional commitment
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and in writing) in German and English
