Job Title: Head of Revenue and Growth Planning

Location: Amsterdam, Hamburg

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Revenue and Growth Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and sustainable market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial planning, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing business cases. They will be able to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and sustainable market share
  • Lead the Revenue and Growth Planning team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and implement plans
  • Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial planning, with a strong background in developing and implementing business strategies
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing business cases
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
