Join Our Team as a Service Technician for Mechanical and Electrical Repairs in the Heidelberg, Mannheim, and Ludwigshafen Area

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs on our elevators and escalators. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute repair work on our elevators and escalators in collaboration with our technical and commercial teams.

  • Replace, repair, and commission elevator components.

  • Perform control system modernizations (including third-party products) on elevators.

  • Replace control systems, including display and control elements, and adjust programming.

  • Accompany inspections by authorized inspection bodies (ZÜS).

  • Identify replacement parts and initiate orders.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Several years of relevant work experience, including experience with common control systems.

  • Customer and service-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills in German.

  • A passion for technology and customer satisfaction.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical skills and systematic approach.

  • High affinity for digital technologies.

  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
