Deputy Nursing Service Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our nursing department at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. As a Deputy Nursing Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organizational and personnel management of various residential areas, ensuring optimal care for our residents, and conducting quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing department by implementing effective organizational and personnel management strategies
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of care
- Collaborate closely with residents, family members, the nursing team, and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage staff deployment and compensate for absences to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Act as the Nursing Service Manager's representative in their absence, ensuring continuity of care
- Completed nursing training (e.g., geriatric nurse, nurse, pediatric nurse)
- Leadership training of at least 460 hours according to §80 Social Code XI
- Professional and customer-oriented demeanor
- Several years of experience in managing nursing facilities and teams is desirable
- Knowledge of quality management and legal requirements in nursing
- Good IT skills
- High level of social competence
