Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our commercial development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion
  • Strong knowledge of local molecular pathology market and international experience
  • Fluent in working English and good spoken and listening German command
